A & J Fibreglass started in Ballarat in 1979 by Arthur & Judy Cartledge and later being joined by their son Alan. It’s continued to be very much a family business, as Alan’s father, Arthur, ran the business with his wife Judy until he passed away in 2006 at which time Alan took over the management of the company. Family-owned and operated, A & J Fibreglass has adapted over the years to a changing market. They have expanded their products and services, to meet the ever changing needs of the community and to continue operating for a much longer time than the typical family business. And as such are able to meet you individual needs and help you with your choices.
